How to Use:

• After using a primer/pre-treatment

To increase fixation and work speed:

Apply directly to the client’s natural lashes after pre-treatment for better adhesion and hold. And/or apply directly to the base of the lash strip to accelerate the adhesion of the false lash (prevents it from falling off) and, in the case of Russian Volume, prevents fans from closing.
